With summer just around the corner, join our award-winning TODOS Sounding Board as they critically reexamine and reimagine some of the most common education abroad office “summer projects” through the lens of diversity, equity, inclusion, and access. Attendees will not only learn about inclusive best practices from colleagues across the country, but they will also be provided with dedicated co-working time to put theory into practice.

Each summer, study abroad professionals across the country participate in their institution’s new student and family orientations. For many students and their families, this may be their first introduction to the concept of study abroad, and the international opportunities and resources available to them. This presents a unique challenge for study abroad offices: How do we distill information about a variety of programs, scholarships, application processes, etc. into a succinct and engaging format?
