In the case of Spain, a key highlight is food: from premium olive oils to fresh vegetables to wonderful seafood and premium ham, this is a place to have your cake… and eat it too. To combine pleasure with practice, Spain presents an excellent and ample opportunity to learn about integrated marketing communications (which encompass advertising, public relations, and any other forms of digital promotion) by discovering the best food the destination has to offer and the most successful local brands that excel on an international level. Students will get a taste for a very lucrative and enticing sector from the perspective of both export markets and the possibility of starting a future gourmet business of their own.
