What are you up to these days? Have you graduated? Are you working? How did your experience in Barcelona have an impact on your life?
Yes! I am interning for Barcelona SAE now as a campus ambassador at my own university and the experience has been great!
What was your favorite place to eat in Barcelona? Favorite food?
I miss having a cafe con leche and a Fanta de Limón to this very day two years later!
Is there a site in Barcelona that you would recommend to future students that may be a little more “off the beaten path”?
The public gardens are a great getaway when the crowdedness of the city gets to be a bit overwhelming.
What was something you were surprised to learn about Barcelona or Spain? Or what aspect of the country or city were you least expecting?
I was most surprised about the protesting for Cataluñya becoming independent from Spain.
What is one piece of advice that you have for future students coming to Barcelona?
Go everywhere you can even if you are tired of traveling and have jet lag, get up and go because you’ll regret what you didn’t do.
Why was Barcelona SAE the right program for you?
The people are great and my current internship advisor is awesome. It definitely feels like a family!
